My to-do list is ever-evolving, and today it felt good (no, almost
euphoric) to check off a couple of things that had been rewritten over and over
too many times - passed from list to list to list. However, I added twice that
many new ones. GULP!
The most encouraging thing, however, is that unexpected events crept into
the hours of today as well – good stuff that couldn’t have been planned if I
tried. Unusual conversations and encouraging
discussions. Opportunities to be blessed, and be a blessing. Insights that led to action! Experiments. It was good to recognize all of them - yes, all - as welcome, if
uninvited, guests in my day; to tear myself away from that crazy never-ending list and just BE.
